RESTAURANT
Blue Wing Saloon
Upper Lake, CA, 95485
First opened in the 1880s when Upper Lake, California was a stage coach stop, the now historic saloon became a popular watering hole until being torn down during prohibition. Rebuilt to match an 1870s-era back bar recycled from a pub in Pennsylvania, the Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant’s expansive black walnut bar and dining tables were built on-site by local craftsmen from a 100+ year old tree harvested from the property. Old-growth redwood wainscoting found hidden behind layers of paint and wallpaper during the hotel’s renovation, was rescued and reused in the saloon. The authentic look and feel of the Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant’s interiors and exteriors transports patrons back in time, while our state-of-the-art geothermal heating and cooling systems, solar panels and efficient kitchen equipment, all create a comfortable, eco-friendly environment. In the tradition of the original saloon, the Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant proudly serves our customers gourmet pub fare and other fine foods for lunch and dinner daily. Complemented by a full bar featuring local wines and artisanal micro-brews, we invite you to join us for music at Sunday brunch, Sunday supper jazz and Monday night blues.

Saw Shop Public House
Kelseyville, CA, 95451
The Saw Shop Public House is located in the big little country town of Kelseyville, CA. It was originally a private home bought from a Sears Roebuck catalog and built in 1931. It served as the residence for several Kelseyville families until it was converted to Cooke’s Saw Shop & Paint Store in the ‘70s. This business existed until early 2000 when a local entrepreneur bought the property and converted to the Saw Shop Gallery & Bistro. Serving the community as a restaurant and icon, it flourished for many years and became the place to go for the community to gather and enjoy a great meal and terrific Lake County wines. In 2019 the name was changed to The Saw Shop Public House to better reflect its role in the community as a gathering space refashioned with an updated personality. Traditionally a Public House is where folks gather to share stories, have a meal and sip a refreshing beverage. Public Houses, or Pubs, are often filled with friendly chatter, laughter and the savory scent of comfort food cooking in the kitchen. Chef Sergio and his team of culinary professionals create hearty scratch-made pub fare utilizing local fresh organic ingredients whenever possible served as brand new culinary concepts while also putting a creative spin on old standards. Our Saw Shop Public House family invites you to join us at our table to experience the best of small town hospitality.
